From Seoul to Busan and Jinhae
South Korea is a country with distinct four seasons. Even if I have been there few times, the scene always brought me different feelings and emotions. After freezing winter, the temperature raises slightly and the chilling winds subside with the coming Spring in March and April. During this period, many festivals and activities are held around South Korea thanks to this moderate weather.
April announces its arrival with blossoming flowers. There are three types of spring blossoms in South Korea – cherry blossom (벚꽃 or Sakura in Japanese), yellow cornelian cherry flowers (산수유꽃) and magnolia (목련). This April, we followed those countless beautiful blossoming spring flowers to travel around South Korea, from Seoul to Busan. Spend the precious family time in this lovely atmosphere.
the World Heritage – the Hahoe folk village in Korea
The first time I heard about Andong is from a famous dish – Andong jjimdak(안동찜닭 安東燉雞) which you can found easily in Seoul. And I also heard something about an unique mask from there.
After checking some information about the folk village on internet, I did plan to visit there. However, the complex public traffic made me hesitate.Luckily, my Korean friend suddenly came out the idea of visiting the Hahoe folk village in Andong where his hadn’t been yet. And that’s the beginning of our adventure in Andong.
